How to use the heating system

The heating system is divided in two sections, the ground floor radiators and the first floor radiators which can be regulated separately. Due to a quirky design, the radiator of the bathroom at ground floor is part of the first floor section.
 
There is a separate thermostat for each section:
 
  • The ground-floor thermostat is located on the right of the big window looking into the courtyard
 
  • The First-floor thermostat is located on the left of the door of the main bathroom

How to use the thermostats

 

Note: The thermostats can be set from remote. If you struggle to make them work, just send us a message and we can set them from you without coming into the house.

 

  • By touching the bottom area near the button F, the thermostat lights up and you can see all the info.

  • By using the buttons H, you can manually set the temperature up or down. The temperature that you see before using the buttons is the one in the room. When you use the H buttons you see the temperature that you want.
     

The Boiler

The boiler is located in the laundry room accessible from the courtyard. Here are the settings:

  • The knob on the left is the summer/winter setting. It needs to be on the “snowflake” setting for the heating system to work
​
  • The knob with the tap icon regulates the temperature of the hot water of the taps and showers.
​
  • The knob with the radiator icon regulates the temperature of the water in the radiators.
