Was it a peak in energy consumption?
The home is contracted with a maximum of 6 KW (6000 Watts) of power at any given time. If that threshold is exceeded, the main switch (located outside the house) cuts off the power. Do your best to avoid such an event by not using too many appliances simultaneously.
To solve the problem you need to access the main switch which is located outside the house in a cabinet built into the wall of the main facade. You can see it circled in red in the photo on the right.
To open the cabinet, use the key that you find taped inside the electrical panel that you find inside the house on the left of the main door (see photo above)
Insert the key into the cabinet keyhole but don't twist it into the lock, just insert it and pull towards you. The door should open.
It may take more than one try, be sure to pull firmly towards you with the key in the upright position.
Once you open the door, you will see the switches. One is for the number 147 (your neighbour) and one for 149 (you).
Both must be in the up position.
